  • Reliance Roofing & Exteriors facilitates communication between the homeowner and the insurance company, ensuring that all necessary information is provided promptly and clearly, so that you are never in the dark about where things stand.
  • We simply strive for an accurate assessment of any damage to your home, so that the proper repairs and replacements for your roof and home restoration, are realized.

INSURANCE CLAIM STEPS

• 1. Call Reliance Roofing & Exteriors to perform a thorough inspection of possible storm damage before filing a claim
  2. We will inform you if we discover any storm damage, so that you can determine if you would like to file a claim
  3. Reliance Roofing & Exteriors will then work closely with your adjustor to help determine the proper repair and the cost of repairs
  4. Your insurance company will then issue you their estimate, which we are obligated to allow
  5. If their estimate omits certain items, we will provide additional info to the adjustor and revise the estimate for their approval
  6. Or, if they deny at first, we can provide additional evidence for the proper repair or replacement to your adjustor
  7. You will then receive a copy of the insurance estimate (which we follow), and an initial check
  8. Pick out your roofing shingles or metal roof, siding, paint, etc… and pick the colors and styles you prefer
  9. The roof is then installed, along with the other approved scope of repairs, and then we receive payment
